Doody Enterprises hosts a private-label Web-based literature update service for 25 medical societies and healthcare institutions that reaches more than 250,000 healthcare professionals every week. In addition, some 1,000 health science librarians subscribe to our online review service for medical libraries. Our Web sites get more than 60,000 unique visits each month.
These readers are exposed to all the titles publishers send us as part of Doody’s Review Service™. Each title has at least one page devoted to it at our Web sites; titles that have been reviewed have three separate Web pages devoted to them.
Let Our Readers Know How to Contact You
Participating publishers have two ways they can broadcast their contact information on our Web sites. One is by providing contact information that appears on our Participating Publishers page, which recurs at multiple locations on our corporate and private-label sites. A second opportunity is that same contact information can appear on every Web page devoted to one of your titles in our database. Typical contact information includes:

Promoting Your Title(s) in Doody’s Review Service™
Publishers can enhance the exposure of their titles to this key group of book and software buyers in two simple, low-cost ways. They can supply descriptive copy (that will appear on the "Catalog Information" Web page for the title under the heading "At-a-Glance"), they can add a Table of Contents and they can provide a cover image to be displayed with the title record.
Doody Enterprises will post the “At-a-Glance” copy and/or Table of Contents and mount the cover shot once it receives the copy and the cover shot to specification, and the publisher has paid in full. The “At-a-Glance” copy, Table of Contents and the cover shot will appear on the pages associated with the relevant ISBN on all of Doody’s Web sites for either the life of the title or for as long as Doody Enterprises supports these Web sites.

Re-Publishing Favorable Reviews
In addition to being timely and authoritative, Doody’s reviews are well known for their consistent format and succinct presentation. Doody Enterprises owns the copyright on all reviews it publishes. However, publishers can license reviews to appear in their promotional material for nominal licensing fees.

Driving Book and Software Buyers to Your Online Store
Participating publishers in Doody’s Review Service™ now have the opportunity to drive the 325,000 registered users of Doody’s Literature Update service to their online store to purchase books and software.
Currently, our readers receive price and availability information from Amazon.com and Matthews online stores and are given the opportunity to order directly from either vendor.
Participating publishers can purchase an “Order Now” link which will appear on every Web page devoted to their titles in Doody’s database. This link will drive registered users to the appropriate page in the participating publisher’s online store. This option is available to participating publishers whose online catalog devotes a unique URL to each ISBN in their catalog.
