Health Care Corporations

The corporate sponsor is most involved with MedInfoNOW while Doody Enterprises is building a customized version of the service to the sponsor's specifications. During this development phase, the corporate sponsor’s staff must provide Doody Enterprises with:

  • the sponsor's own name, brand and logo for the MedInfoNOW service;
  • a list of journal article topics of greatest interest to its constituents;
  • a list of books written by its leadership in its constituent group;
  • a "default" profile reflecting a typical constituent's specialty interests in the book literature and topical interests in the journal article literature.
  • a database in electronic format of the sponsor’s key constituent group(s) to whom it is targeting the MedInfoNOW service.

Once the site has been launched to the key constituents, the most successful corporate sponsors use the Knowledge Manager web site to:

  • post original content or news and announcements of interest to its constituents to run in the Weekly Literature Update;
  • refine the list of book titles the sponsor wants to highlight at the Web site;
  • use its existing marketing vehicles to promote the service to its constituents;
  • monitor its constituents' usage of the services.

Doody Enterprises provides the corporate sponsor with semiannual written reports documenting the sponsor's constituents' usage of the service.
